Security

Security is a top priority at the Morgantown Municipal Airport and all customers must pass through the TSA checkpoint prior to boarding their flight. MGW offers shorter lines and efficient processing, which allows you to get through security much quicker than other airports. Due to our quick and efficient processing times, we recommend that customers arrive at least one hour before their flight.

The current hours of operation of the Morgantown Municipal Airport are 4 a.m. until midnight daily. The checkpoint may close earlier or remain open later depending on departing flight schedules.
